How does it work

  • Trexova works with professional wellness package providers who provide ready-to-book wellness packages
  • Trexova provides you with real bookings. All bookings are handled within the Trexova System, which connects you directly with the customers while you are supported by the Trexova partner support team
  • There are no fees to list your packages on Trexova, however, there is a contract each partner has to agree to and a commission payable to Trexova for all confirmed bookings
  • Listing of your packages can be done manually using the Trexova Partner Dashboard. The Trexova Business Development, Tech and Content teams will be available to assist with ensuring your packages are displayed in the best possible way to maximise exposure and sales opportunities

How can I join Trexova?

To join Trexova, you can click on Join as Partner and create your credentials for user ID and password. 

You must be 

  • experienced, certified and legally eligible to take sessions which can contribute to the well-being of people.
  • able to take online sessions with good video and audio quality.

Upon creation of user id and password, you will receive an email to verify your email ID. Once you verify your email ID then you will get access to the Partner module to define your Company and Instructor. When you define this information then Trexova partner support will get in touch with you and will guide you through the process to be a Partner with Trexova.

No, you don’t have to pay anything to Join as Partner

Once your Partner on-boarding formalities are complete, then you will start to see a few more tabs like Packages, Bookings, questions etc. 

Using Packages tab, you can click on Add new and follow the form instructions to define your package.

No, you don’t have to pay anything to upload your packages on Trexova platform

You can upload as many packages as you want but you can keep only a limited number of packages available to customers (means Approved). You can refer to Partner Levels for the same.

When you have defined your package then initially your package is in Draft status. 

You should change the status of the package to complete if you are through with the package definition.

Complete packages are reviewed by the Quality team. 

If the Quality team has any queries then they will contact you.

Refer Partner Levels for various percentages at each level. You can identify your partner Level from the Partner Module dashboard. Partner levels are recalculated every month and depending on the conditions, partner levels are redefined.

In case any prospective customer has any query reg any of your packages, they will use the QA facility provided in Trexova. As soon as they mention any query reg any of your package/s, notifications will be sent to your email. Then you can go to the Partner module and address that query. Once you have addressed then Trexova will inform the prospective customer for the same.

Partner module is quite user friendly and we expect that you will be able to use it smoothly. However, by chance if you have any queries then please contact us and select as a Partner and write your query. If you select a partner option then your query will reach the relevant representative who will do everything to solve your query in the quickest possible time.

As soon as people who are using the platform are interested in your package and they write any query then immediately an email alert will be sent to your email (which you have provided for communication purpose). You can then log in the system and go to the Questions section. You will see the latest questions at the top. You can answer the query there and then. Then the customer will be informed about your answer.

Pls note that your response time and response rate are visible to the customers while they look at the packages so it's good to keep your avg response time and response rate figures in respectable range.

It is important for any customer to understand how much time his/her query will be answered. Response time is the difference between the time when any customer asks for a query and the time he/she gets a response. 

Response rate is the number of questions you have been able to reply to the queries you have received.
